Midwest Dairy is partnering with the Adopt a Cow program for another school year. This program connects dairy farmers with educators to teach students about where their food comes from. Students follow the growth of a calf during the school year and participate in various lessons and activities. Although designed for formal classrooms, the program has attracted participants from girls’ and boys’ clubs, libraries, daycares, senior living centers, and more.
