In this Fuel Up to Play activity, students will have an opportunity to educate others about the food insecurities their community may experience. Students should creatively present ideas on affordable food locations such as farmers markets, food pantries, feeding sites, or restaurants that have a food program. Go an extra step and display their posters in school or around the community to educate a greater audience about food insecurity!
Included in this kit are an instruction card along with a blank page that can be used as a blank poster. Students will need writing utensils or markers and any items that could be used to make the poster more eye-catching.
